At the 1st General Assembly meeting held on 06.12.2007, the operating bodies were established and an economic enterprise was established and it was decided to organize it to give the European Technical Assessment, formerly the European Technical Approval (which will be included as the European Technical Assessment in the continuation of the Quality Manual). The Economic Enterprise of the Construction Technical and Scientific Research Board was registered on 22.04.2008 with the Registration Number 252592 and was established by publishing in the Trade Registry Gazette on 28.04.2008 by the decision of the YAD Board of Directors. ITBAK A.\u015e. was registered on 07.01.2019 and was established on 10.01.2019 by publishing in the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette No. 9742 with the registration number 429112. Again, with the decision taken by the YAD management, all the activities of the Economic Enterprise were transferred to the newly established ITBAK Joint Stock Company.<br \/>All shares of ITBAK A.\u015e. have been transferred to TSE-International Conformity Assessment Service Inc. as of 21.05.2019. ITBAK A.\u015e. continues its efforts to achieve its goals with new opportunities and resources for TECHNICAL APPROVAL activities with the knowledge and experiences it has gained from the
