ITBAK Construction Technical Evaluation Research and Certification Joint Stock Company is a National Technical Approval / European Technical Evaluation company independent of the relevant parties. This principle of independence has been taken as a basis and preserved in all units and boards of ITBAK A.Ş. The persons responsible for carrying out the company's services cannot be suppliers, customers or commercial related partners of the customers to whom it provides certification services in any way. The principle of independence is always at the forefront in the design and implementation of all experiments, experimental methods and evaluation principles. All customers can access the services of ITBAK A.Ş. on equal terms. Transparency has been adopted as the cornerstone of independence in the functioning of ITBAK A.Ş. No one outside the company may intervene in the evaluation procedures of ITBAK A.Ş. under any circumstances. All auditors, laboratories and consultants used by ITBAK A.Ş. in certification services have been guaranteed by Service Contracts in order to ensure the independence, impartiality and objectivity of the certification service performed.
