Declaration of Impartiality

All (100%) shares of ITBAK Construction Technical Evaluation Research and Certification Joint Stock Company belong to TSE-International Conformity Assessment Service Joint Stock Company. Within this scope, ITBAK A.Ş., as an organization with public status, carries out all its activities in public status and ensures its impartiality. The Company is completely independent of the parties with this structure and cannot have any relationship with the design, production, supply, installation, ownership, use or maintenance of any product or equivalent products for which it has National Technical Approval / European Technical Evaluation certification. All methods and procedures within the framework of National Technical Approval / European Technical Evaluation services are always applied on the basis of impartiality, independence and confidentiality, regardless of customer and/or product differences.
