ITBAK Construction Technical Evaluation Research and Certification Joint Stock Company, together with all its employees, will keep all kinds of technical information, knowhow, reports, formulas, design, experiment results and similar documents delivered to it by its customers for National Technical Approval / European Technical Evaluation study confidential as trade secrets, it will not share any information or documents belonging to its customer with third parties without the approval of its customer, except for a legal request for Market Surveillance Audit (PGD) purposes with the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization of the Republic of Türkiye, undertakes to enter into similar confidentiality agreements with the laboratories it uses in order for the experimental methods and results of the products or systems it evaluates to remain within the scope of similar confidentiality
